Age requirement: 19 to 75 years old.

Required documents:

- ID card or passport;

- driving license (for at least one year), in the case of a Tenant who is not an EU citizen - international driving license.

Required company rental documents:

- photocopies of documents such as: REGON, NIP, and certificate of entry in the Business Activity Register or copy of the KRS register.

Reservations can be made by phone, e-mail, fax or in person at the company's headquarters. Reservations made electronically are valid after confirmation by the rental company employee.

Information required for booking: Lessee's contact details, vehicle model, expected rental date and length, place and time of vehicle collection and any notification of the intention to travel abroad, including the destination country and transit countries.

A deposit is charged for the duration of the car rental, the amount of which depends on the make and model of the vehicle. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the undamaged car. The deposit can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or blocked on a credit card account. The rental fee and the deposit are charged in advance.

The vehicles have third party liability insurance included in the rental price.

The car rental fee does not include fuel costs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the car.

Ban on travel to Belgium and Hungary.
